Overview
TheDP seriesis aresin-free, heat-resistant color pastebuilt aroundinorganic high-temperature pigments. It uses a ceramic-ink-grade polymer dispersant (25%) together withDOTP (25%)as the carrier, with50% pigment loading. Although the carrier is designed for processing at approximately 350°C and fully carbonizes above 400°C, inorganic pigments retain their original color after firing—providing an average service temperature exceeding 500°C and an upper limit of1000°C.
How It Works
DP follows the principle of ceramic and enamel coloration. During high-temperature firing, the organic dispersant and DOTP carrier burn out and carbonize completely, leaving stable inorganic pigments (complex oxides, spinels, and sulfides) bonded into the ceramic, glass, or coating. The result is a durable, heat-stable color that does not fade even after exposure to 800–1000°C.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can a color paste withstand 1000°C?The organic carrier is not designed to survive; it carbonizes during firing. The inorganic pigments (complex oxides and spinels) remain chemically stable and retain their color at 800–1000°C.
What is the difference between DP and standard color pastes?Standard organic pigments degrade or fade at high temperatures. DP uses inorganic high-temperature pigments designed specifically for ceramics, enamel, glass, and heat-resistant coatings.
Which industries use DP heat-resistant pastes?Used in ceramic inks, enamels, glass, BBQ and stove finishes, engine/exhaust coatings, brake components, cookware, and high-temperature engineering plastics.
Which carrier does DP use?A resin-free ceramic-ink polymer dispersant system (25%) combined with DOTP (25%) achieves 50% pigment loading and excellent processability.
What packaging options are available?DP is supplied in 1 kg, 5 kg, and 20 kg containers.
