Epoxy resin color paste (also known as pigment paste) is a high-concentration dispersion of pigments in epoxy-compatible carriers. Unlike general-purpose color pastes, our SEP series is designed specifically for epoxy resin systems, delivering superior compatibility, uniform dispersion, and excellent color consistency. Particle size is controlled below 5μm to ensure smooth surface finishes in electronic potting, LED encapsulation, and PCB coating applications.
The typical addition ratio ranges from 0.5% to 5% by weight, depending on the desired color depth and product series. For light shades, 0.5–1% is usually sufficient. For deep colors like black or dark blue, 2–5% may be required. We recommend running small-batch trials to determine the optimal ratio for your formulation. Our technical team can provide customized guidance based on your resin system and application requirements.
Yes, all our color paste products fully comply with RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and REACH regulations. We provide test reports and compliance certificates upon request. Our products are also tested for halogen content, heavy metals, and phthalates. For additional certifications such as UL, FDA, or industry-specific standards, please contact our sales team for detailed documentation.
We offer specialized color pastes for multiple resin systems: SEP series for epoxy, PUE series for polyurethane and polyether polyol, UP series for unsaturated polyester, and PET masterbatch for PET bottle blowing. Each series uses carriers matched to the target resin system for optimal compatibility and performance. We also provide custom formulations for specialty resins, including silicone, acrylic, and UV-curable systems.
We offer comprehensive color cards for each product series, covering standard colors (red, yellow, blue, green, black, white) and specialty options. Choose from our standard palette or request custom matching. For precise requirements, please provide a physical sample or specify Pantone/RAL codes. Our lab can formulate custom colors with a minimum order of 25kg for standard series.
Our standard MOQ is 2 5 kg per color for regular product series. For custom color matching, the MOQ is also 2 5 kg. We offer sample quantities of 1–5 kg for evaluation at a slightly higher unit price. For large-volume orders exceeding 500kg,, we provide competitive pricing tiers. Contact our sales team for specific quotes based on your volume needs.
Yes, we offer professional custom color matching. Send a physical sample, provide a Pantone/RAL code, or describe your color needs. Our experienced technicians will formulate the match and send a drawdown sample for your approval. Custom color development typically takes 3-5 business days. Once approved, the formula is saved in our system to ensure consistency for future orders.
For standard colors in our regular product line, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after order confirmation. Custom colors require 10-15 business days for color development and production. Urgent orders can be expedited with a lead time of 3-5 business days for standard colors, subject to availability. International shipping adds 5-15 days depending on the destination.
Yes, we offer evaluation samples. Standard color samples of 1–5 kg are available at a nominal fee. Existing customers may receive complimentary samples upon request. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; international delivery takes 7–10 days. Each sample includes technical data sheets and application guides to help you evaluate the product for your specific needs.
Our color pastes remain stable for 12 months from the manufacture date when stored correctly. Store in a cool, dry area at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep containers tightly sealed when not in use to prevent moisture absorption and skin formation. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform dispersion. Products past their shelf life may still be used after quality verification.
Our PET bottle blowing masterbatch is engineered for stretch blow molding of PET bottles and containers. It supports both single-stage and two-stage processes. Ideal for water bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil containers, cosmetic packaging, and pharmaceutical packaging. Delivers consistent color, high clarity, and preserves PET's mechanical properties. Formulated to withstand high blow molding temperatures.
UV-curable ink cures instantly when exposed to ultraviolet light, unlike traditional solvent-based or water-based inks that require evaporation or absorption. Key benefits include: instant drying with no wait time, zero or near-zero VOC emissions, excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, high-gloss finish, and the ability to print on heat-sensitive substrates. UV inks are widely used for electronics labeling, packaging printing, and decorative applications where fast throughput and environmental compliance are critical.
Our PUE series color paste is engineered with polyether polyol-compatible carriers and surface-treated pigments. The chemical affinity between the carrier and polyether polyol ensures uniform pigment dispersion within the polymer matrix, preventing migration to the surface. This is essential for polyurethane foam applications, where color migration can cause staining, uneven coloring, or contamination of adjacent materials. Non-migrating performance is verified through standardized migration testing.
Electronic-grade color pastes (such as our SEP series) must exceed standard color performance by meeting rigorous specifications: high electrical insulation (volume resistivity >10^14 Ω·cm), low ionic impurity content, excellent thermal stability (withstanding 150°C+ operating temperatures), and ultra-fine particle size for smooth encapsulation. They must also be compatible with epoxy encapsulation processes and pass reliability tests including thermal cycling, humidity resistance, and HALT. Our SEP series meets all these requirements for LED, PCB, and semiconductor applications.
