DENSON UP Special Black Paste Application in Artificial Stone

Background

In the artificial stone industry, achieving a deep, uniform black with high gloss is one of the most challenging requirements. Denson New Material has developed a specialized unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) black paste that sets new standards for this application.

Product: UP Special Black

The UP Special Black series is specifically designed for unsaturated polyester resin systems used in artificial stone and quartz stone manufacturing. Key features include:

  • Deep Black: Delivers an exceptionally deep, rich black color
  • High Gloss: Produces a mirror-like finish after curing
  • Excellent Dispersion: No visible pigment clumps or specks
  • UV Stability: Maintains color consistency over time without fading
  • Low Add Rate: Achieves full color strength with minimal paste addition (1-3%)

UP867 Special Black – The Premium Choice

The UP867 Special Black series showcases DENSON's latest breakthrough in black pigment technology for artificial stone. Compared to competing products from LR, the UP867 delivers:
